REFUND POLICY
If a customer cancels their order before 02/07/2024, they may have a full refund minus a 6% booking fee. If the cancel between 02/07/24-03/08/24, they can receive a 50% refund. After 03/08/2023, no refunds will be offered.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us before 02/07/2024. Once your return email is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be process will be initiated, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30-60 amount of days.
Refund if the festival is canceled by the Egyptian government
If the festival is canceled or shut down by the Egyptian government, then all customers will receive a full refund

SAFETY DURING VISIT
Currently the far North border is closed and the distance from the north border to Cairo (340km over 4 hours) and especially Hurghada (700km almost 9 hours) is a large distance. The tourist gems of Egypt including the Pyramids and the Ancient Egyptian temples on the Nile have remained very safe to visit and all tours and flights are operating normally. All hotels in Egypt have police stationed inside the hotel and have for many years as a protection for tourists.
TOUR SAFETY
All tour buses to Luxor travel with an escort as group from Hurghada normally. Additionally, you have security checkpoints during any long road travel from Hurghada to either Luxor or Cairo. The government take tourist safety very seriously. However, all tours are operating as usual and there have not been any problems beyond what is normal for traveling in a foreign country.
